Yes. MidNite® contains melatonin, which has been used for years in over-the-counter (OTC) products that consumers take to help them sleep and has been shown to be effective for occasional sleeplessness.

Keep MidNite® out of reach of children and pets. It is not to be used by pregnant or nursing women, as it is unknown whether melatonin passes into breast milk or could harm a breastfeeding baby. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking MidNite® if you have any medical condition or are taking any medication. Do not use MidNite® when consuming alcohol, sedatives, or other products which may cause drowsiness. After using this product, do not drive, operate machinery, or engage in other activities that require complete mental alertness, until you feel fully awake. Talk to your healthcare provider if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks. MidNite® should be used as directed.
